The Deluxe Bezel is available with an Integrated Thumb Rest or Thumb 'Cove' For Rickenbacker 4000 Series Bass Guitars.
Choose between straight sided Pickup surround, (Most 4000 and 4001 Models)
or
Dropped center Pickup surround, (4003, but also used on later 4001 models.)
Some Players prefer to remove the standard Pickup cover which leaves an unsightly looking pickup, not in keeping with the classic looks of their instrument. 'Tube Ampology' has designed a deluxe bezel which overcomes this issue.
'Tube Ampology" Treble Bezels are three dimensionally CNC machined out of high strength black ABS , not simply cut from sheet perspex, resulting in a perfectly formed accessory to integrate seamlessly with your original chrome pickup surround.
They are top coated with a soft touch clear urethane that resists scratches, stains and fingerprints and gives an excellent aesthetic for your classic instrument.
The factory pickup height adjustment feature remains unchanged and the Drop Centre design does not compromise this action on 4003 models.
Patent Pending. They are hand finished, dated and numbered.
Complete with Photo Fitting Instructions, The 4001v63/C64 comes with a kit of spacers to maintain correct pickup height.
